Skin Script Glycolic and Retinol Pads
Your At-Home Resurfacing Treatment for Brighter, Smoother, Clearer-Looking Skin
If your skincare routine feels like it needs a little something extra, this is one of my favorite ways to level it up.
Skin Script Glycolic & Retinol Pads combine the resurfacing benefits of glycolic acid with retinol to progressively renew the appearance of the skin, helping improve pigmentation, uneven texture, breakouts, fine lines, and overall radiance.
Think of these as a simple at-home mini peel that helps encourage cellular turnover and remove surface buildup, revealing smoother, brighter, more refined-looking skin over time.
Why I Recommend Them
Sometimes your skin needs a little extra help letting go of the buildup sitting on the surface.
These treatment pads combine exfoliation and cellular turnover support in one easy step, making them a beautiful addition to routines focused on:
-
Pigmentation and dark spots
-
Sun damage
-
Post-breakout marks
-
Uneven skin tone
-
Rough or uneven texture
-
Congestion
-
Recurring breakouts
-
Fine lines and wrinkles
-
Dull skin
-
Healthy aging
I love them for clients who want an easy way to add more resurfacing power to their routine without introducing another complicated product.
The Power of Glycolic Acid + Retinol
Glycolic Acid
An alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that helps exfoliate dead skin buildup and support surface renewal, revealing brighter, smoother-looking skin.
Glycolic acid can also help improve the appearance of uneven pigmentation, texture, and congestion.
Retinol
A Vitamin A derivative that supports healthy cellular turnover while helping improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture, pigmentation, and breakouts.
Together, these ingredients create a powerful resurfacing treatment designed to progressively improve overall skin clarity and quality.

How to Use
I recommend using these pads at night after cleansing.
Gently swipe one pad over clean, dry skin, avoiding the immediate eye area.
Allow the product to fully dry before applying your treatment serums and moisturizer.
If you're new to glycolic acid or retinol, start slowly—approximately 1–2 nights per week—and gradually increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance and as recommended by your skincare professional.
Because this product contains active resurfacing ingredients, daily broad-spectrum sunscreen is essential.
Important to Know
These pads contain retinol and are not recommended during pregnancy.
Retinol and glycolic acid can also increase your skin's sensitivity to sun exposure, so I recommend being especially mindful of SPF and prolonged sun exposure while incorporating these into your routine.
If you're heading to the beach, pool, or spending significant time in direct sun, I personally recommend simplifying your active skincare routine around that time.
Katarina's Honest Take
I think of these as a little at-home mini peel.
They're perfect for those moments when you look at your skin and think:
"I feel congested."
"My skin looks dull."
"My texture feels rough."
"I need a little more from my routine."
This is the type of product I reach for when I want to help refresh the appearance of my skin and encourage that beautiful, smooth glow.
I especially love the combination of glycolic acid and retinol because you're working on both surface renewal and long-term cellular turnover in one simple step.
Katarina's Pro Tip
You do not need to use these every single night to get results.
Start with 1–2 nights per week and let your skin tell you what it needs.
On the nights you use them, apply after cleansing, allow the product to dry completely, and then continue with the rest of your routine.
And remember: stronger isn't always better.
Consistent, intentional exfoliation will always be more valuable than over-exfoliating your skin and spending the next two weeks trying to repair your barrier.
Refresh the surface. Support renewal. Let healthier-looking skin come through.
