We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a treatment when it is inappropriate for a client's skin condition, medical history, safety, or treatment goals.

Treatment recommendations are individualized and may change following an in-person assessment.

Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be performed.

SECTION 9 — APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

We value the time reserved for each client and ask that all appointments be managed in accordance with our published booking and cancellation policy.

Any applicable procedural risks, contraindications, and specific treatment requirements will be addressed through separate treatment information and informed consent documents.

SECTION 11 — SKINCARE RESULTS AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
